ServiceMaster of Midland/Orillia is a franchise and is owned and operated by Dwayne and Tanya Frans. Dwayne has 20 years experience in the Disaster Restoration Industry all with ServiceMaster. Dwayne and Tanya have owned ServiceMaster of Midland for over 16 years and ServiceMaster of Orillia for over 8 years.
Dwayne has been a member of the Midland Rotary Club for 16 years and is currently a board member for the Southern Georgian Bay Chamber of Commerce and the Huronia Community Foundation.
ServiceMaster of Midland/Orillia is an active member of the Midland/Penetang Builders Association, Orillia Chamber of Commerce and the Orillia Construction Association.
I'm writing to you to let you know that Dwayne Frans, Troy Quinn and his team are very amazing. I found them on the street the first day they were here. My husband was in the hospital to have his hip put back in place the night before. They came right over and within an hour the team went right to work packing and getting everything ready to go.
They were definitely put at the right place at the right time. I'm generally a very strong person, but that morning I was so scared as I had no one to ask for help. We've only lived here a short time and some friends helped the first day, but they also had problems. When the boys showed up and went right to work.
I have been so impressed with the hard working team and the kindness.
It's not often you find people in these situations that have the patience and empathy necessary to deal with the frustration and anxitaty of people in bad situations. Your team worked with me and worked hard to accommodate my needs. They were constantly attentive to me and the work they were doing. Everyone of the team were polite, patient and hard working. I wanted to give them all a BBQ one night and they didn't have time as they had so much to do.
All the teams working on our home were great people as well as great workers. Thank you so much for sending them to me. I honestly didn't know what to do - then they showed up and took all the pressure off my shoulders. so very grateful to them for everything they have done. They are my angels for sure and have definitely earned their wings.
Thank you so much Dwayne,Troy and all the team. I was great working with you and frankly I miss having them around. Let them know that my door is always open to them for anything I could do.
Thanks all my angels - you've earned you wings. You came to me on the worst day of my very long life. A day for the first time in my life, I really didn't know what I would do.
